Our participation in the official launch of the new version of the Tunisian Occupational and Skills Framework (RTMC), organized by ANETI

Published on

A look back at our participation in the official launch event for the new version of the Tunisian Occupational and Skills Framework (RTMC), organized by the National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment (ANETI), under the auspices of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MEFP) and in partnership with the IOM.

On April 15, 2026, SCET-Tunisia was pleased to participate, through its Human Resources Department and as a guest, in the event dedicated to the presentation of the Tunisian Occupational and Skills Framework (RTMC).

This framework represents a major step forward for the job market in Tunisia. It offers a new, competency-based approach to occupations, thereby enabling a better match between companies’ needs and available talent.

Our participation in this event is fully in line with our commitment to skills development, employability, and supporting occupational transformations, particularly in the engineering and consulting sectors.
