Environmentalist

I graduated from the Institut National Agronomique de Tunis (INAT) in 2010 with a degree in Fisheries and Environmental Engineering.
I joined SCET-TUNISIE in November 2022 as an environmental engineer in the Environment, Hydraulics and Agriculture Department (DEHA).
I quickly integrated into the company and have a very good relationship with my colleagues.
As an environmentalist, I'm involved in carrying out Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) on various projects and as part of several multidisciplinary teams. Satisfied with my job and my experience at SCET, I'm looking forward to taking on other challenges.

Structure Engineer

I hold the position of Project Manager position specialized in the field of structural studies and the supervision of civil works. Given my position, I am required to deal with the structural aspect of the projects, and also to ensure the control of the works I have designed. During these ten years spent within the company, I was able to develop my technical skills thanks to the trainings followed in particular on the new European standards (Eurocodes) and the numerical modeling of buildings (BIM). On the other hand, I was able to evolve on a managerial level by managing a team of young engineers and technicians. I had the chance to deal with large and diversified projects: airports, banks, hotels, hospitals, etc…which is extremely challenging for an engineer.

Hydraulics and Environment Engineer

Holder of a degree in Hydraulics and Environment Engineering from the National Engineering School of Tunis since 2014, I had the privilege of joining the SCET-TUNISIE team in 2023, after accumulating several years of experience in the field of hydraulic engineering. My career path has enabled me to develop solid expertise in this field, preparing me optimally for the various challenges that awaited me at SCET-TUNISIE.
As a hydraulic engineer within the company, my main responsibility is to design and supervise the implementation of hydraulic projects to meet the varied needs of our customers. I'm lucky enough to work alongside experts of the highest calibre, which continually enriches my experience and enables me to achieve ever-higher levels of excellence. My integration into the company has gone smoothly, supported by an inclusive working environment and a warm welcome from my colleagues. The company's culture, based on collaboration and knowledge sharing, has greatly encouraged my professional development.

Management Controller

A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management in Sfax since 2017, I joined SCET-TUNISIE as a management controller after 4 years' experience in the banking sector as a financial executive. As part of a management control team that works closely with all of the company's staff, I very quickly integrated into the company and maintain very good relations with my colleagues.
I am rigorously and efficiently responsible for the various aspects of business monitoring on the Everwin ERP system, as well as assisting employees, project managers and department directors in using the system.
My experience at SCET Tunisia was an opportunity to put all my know-how at the service of the company and to acquire new skills. There are still many challenges to be met over the next few years. And I hope to achieve my goals with all the staff at SCET.

QSE Manager

Graduated of the National Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (INSAT) in Tunis, I joined SCET-TUNISIE in November 2018 after several years’ experience in the industrial and engineering sectors as a quality assurance specialist. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to progress within the company and now hold the position of QSE Manager.
This progression reflects the trust placed in me by senior management as well as the wealth of professional experience gained at SCET-TUNISIE. Since joining the company, I have played an active role in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s QSE management system, whilst supporting operational teams in spreading a genuine culture of quality, safety and the environment.
My duties include steering the company’s QSE policy, ensuring that certifications are maintained in accordance with international standards, monitoring performance indicators, supporting projects in the QSE areas, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and working conditions.
What I particularly appreciate about SCET-TUNISIE is the cooperative spirit, the professionalism of the teams and the development opportunities offered to staff. Working in a multidisciplinary environment and being involved in large-scale projects is a constant source of motivation and professional enrichment.
After several years at SCET-TUNISIE, I remain driven by the same conviction: the quality of our services, the safety of our staff and respect for the environment must remain at the heart of all our activities.

Department Assistant

Graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Nabeul, in Entrepreneurship and Project Management, I joined the Building Department in 2017 as an Assistant responsible for the preparation of administrative and technical proposals, as well as monitoring inputs (time spent, expenses, etc.) of the SCET-TUNISIE integrated management system. I immediately noticed a strong commitment from the management of SCET-TUNISIE to the development of its employees with a very rich corporate life. This helps strengthen ties but also the feeling of belonging to the company. SCET-Tunisie was able to trust me and allowed me to broaden my range of skills by always offering me development opportunities through training within large institutions. After more than three years of activity, with very enriching professional and personal experiences, I can say that I am very proud to belong to this company.

System and Network Administrator

With my advanced technician diploma in computer networks from the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Nabeul (ISET) in Nabeul and after a first professional experience, I joined the SCET-TUNISIE IT team in 2007 as a System and Network Administrator. Beyond technical skills, and in particular in network computing and operating systems, my job requires a good ability to solve complex and new problems as well as good interpersonal skills with my colleagues and collaborators, since it does not We must not forget, they are the end users of the company's information system. The success of the company's activity depends on this good collaboration between our Technical Departments and the IT Department. SCET-TUNISIE, aware of the role of the IT team within the company, gives us the means to develop our project management capabilities and to be up to date with technological developments, and also with various changes in standards, to provide the company with the best possible solution. More generally, I am proud of my belonging to this company which plays an important role in the economy of our country and which is for me a model of success.

Executive/Communications Manager

After obtaining a master’s degree in marketing from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (IHEC - Carthage) in 2001, followed by a Professional Training Diploma in Webmarketing (France) in 2002, I joined SCET-TUNISIE in 2004 and more specifically a newly-created department, the Development Department (DDEV), which is dedicated to developing the company's export business.
I was recruited as a Sales Assistant and progressed to Sales Executive and then Communications Manager in 2016. I help to raise the profile of our company through our website, our social networks and the various trade fairs and forums organised around the themes that are at the heart of our business. I particularly appreciate the working atmosphere within our department, which I've seen evolve and grow over the years.

Senior Technician

Graduated in 2005 from the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Radès (ISET de Rades), I joined SCET-TUNISIE in 2012 as a senior technician in civil engineering in the Transport Infrastructures Department after a first professional experience. I immediately noticed the rigor and professionalism of an ambitious and multicultural group, which places great importance to the proper integration of its newly hired employees. As part of my activities, I have the opportunity to intervene on the various stages of the design of major infrastructure projects. My professional and personal experience in the company brings me a lot of satisfaction and I still have many challenges in the coming years.
