QSE Manager
Graduated of the National Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (INSAT) in Tunis, I joined SCET-TUNISIE in November 2018 after several years’ experience in the industrial and engineering sectors as a quality assurance specialist. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to progress within the company and now hold the position of QSE Manager.
This progression reflects the trust placed in me by senior management as well as the wealth of professional experience gained at SCET-TUNISIE. Since joining the company, I have played an active role in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s QSE management system, whilst supporting operational teams in spreading a genuine culture of quality, safety and the environment.
My duties include steering the company’s QSE policy, ensuring that certifications are maintained in accordance with international standards, monitoring performance indicators, supporting projects in the QSE areas, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and working conditions.
What I particularly appreciate about SCET-TUNISIE is the cooperative spirit, the professionalism of the teams and the development opportunities offered to staff. Working in a multidisciplinary environment and being involved in large-scale projects is a constant source of motivation and professional enrichment.
After several years at SCET-TUNISIE, I remain driven by the same conviction: the quality of our services, the safety of our staff and respect for the environment must remain at the heart of all our activities.
